Ghee

Oil

Salt

Turmeric

4-5 Jumbo Eggs

Roti

METHOD

  • Slice onions thin
  • In a frying pan, cook onions in ghee & oil, until soft
  • Add salt & turmeric
  • Now add 4 to 5  Jumbo eggs
  • Stir  till all the eggs are cooked
  • Enjoy hot with roti

METHOD

  • Peel & slice Potatoes thin
  • Put oil in frying pan 
  • Add sliced potatoes
  • Add salt to taste, turmeric & red chilli powder
  •  Mix & turn
  • Let it cool
  • Now turn & let the potatoes get crisp
  • Turn again
  • Take out the crisp fried Aloo Fry.

1 Egg1-2 slices BreadSalt
PepperGhee
Optional: Chili Powder

METHOD

  • Separate egg into two bowls 
  • Beat egg white until fluffy
  • Dip the bread in the egg white & fry in ghee till golden brown.
  • Flip the bread & gently put the egg yolk on the golden side of bread.
  • Spoon the hot ghee from the frying pan on top of the egg yolk until cooked ( Yolk must be runny) & then place on plate.
  • Cut yolk & spread all over the bread; sprinkle salt & pepper or any seasoning that you prefer. 
  • Use a fork & knife 
  • ENJOY
