INGREDIENTS
1 cup Flour1 tsp Baking Powder6 tblsp Sugar1 tblsp Ghee1 EggAbout 1 cup Milk
METHOD
- Clean and wash carrots
- Slice in the middle and remove the core.
- Slice carrot into thin fingers. (Julienne)
- Put the carrots in a colander and sprinkle salt and set aside for an hour.
- Put fresh crushed garlic, oil, salt and chilli powder in a bowl – make a paste and add the carrots.
