INGREDIENTS
Prawns
One big Onion – chopped
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Chilli Powder
Pureed Tomatoes
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Ground Pepper
2 tblsp Brown Sugar
Dash of Vinegar
METHOD
- Braise chopped onion till pink and add salt, turmeric & chilli powder.
- Braise quickly & add puree tomatoes.
- Stir & add garlic, pepper, brown sugar and vinegar.
- Add prawns & cook until done.
