Bedoh (Egg) Piyaaj

INGREDIENTS

2 large Onions

Ghee

Oil

Salt

Turmeric

4-5 Jumbo Eggs

Roti

METHOD

  • Slice onions thin
  • In a frying pan, cook onions in ghee & oil, until soft
  • Add salt & turmeric
  • Now add 4 to 5  Jumbo eggs
  • Stir  till all the eggs are cooked
  • Enjoy hot with roti
