INGREDIENTS
Dry 2 cups Flour4 tsp Baking PowderPinch of Salt2 tblsp Sugar—————–Wet1 Egg1/4 cup Oil1/4 cup Milk
METHOD
- Mix the first four ingredients together (Flour, baking powder, salt, sugar)
- Beat the next 3 ingredients (Egg, oil, milk)
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
- Add water to make into a soft scone dough
- OPTIONAL : Add soaked dates, fruit mix, mixed seeds or vanilla extract – The variations are limitless.
