Creamy Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 kg fillet chicken – sliced in the middle to make it thin and then in four.Butter1 cup Yoghurt1 cup MayonaiseCrushed GarlicLemon PepperSalt to tasteCrushed Green ChillisLemon Juice 

METHOD

  • In a pot, add butter and add yoghurt, mayonaise, crushed garlic, lemon pepper, salt, crushed green chillis, lemon juice.
  • Place chicken in mixture.
  • Layer flat.
  • Cook until done.
  • Serve with Garlic Pita

 [Can use full chicken too if desired – adjust amount of ingredients accordingly]
