INGREDIENTS
1 Egg1-2 slices BreadSalt
PepperGhee
Optional: Chili Powder
METHOD
- Separate egg into two bowls
- Beat egg white until fluffy
- Dip the bread in the egg white & fry in ghee till golden brown.
- Flip the bread & gently put the egg yolk on the golden side of bread.
- Spoon the hot ghee from the frying pan on top of the egg yolk until cooked ( Yolk must be runny) & then place on plate.
- Cut yolk & spread all over the bread; sprinkle salt & pepper or any seasoning that you prefer.
- Use a fork & knife
