INGREDIENTS
1 x 3 kg Leg of Mutton
Paste:
3 tsp Salt
3 tsp Fine Chilli Powder
3 tsp rough Chilli Powder
1 & 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 tsp Dhana Jeera Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Oil
METHOD
- Make cuts on meat about 6 fingers apart.
- Make paste with ingredients
- Rub on the meat and let it marinate for 3 hours.
- Put a little oil in a big pot & put leg of roast in
- Cook until done!
