Raang Roast/ Leg of Mutton

INGREDIENTS

1 x 3 kg Leg of Mutton

Paste:

3 tsp Salt

3 tsp Fine Chilli Powder

3 tsp rough Chilli Powder

1 & 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

3 tsp Dhana Jeera Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

Oil

METHOD

  • Make cuts on meat about 6 fingers apart.
  • Make paste with ingredients
  • Rub on the meat and let it marinate for 3 hours.
  • Put a little oil in a big pot & put leg of roast in
  • Cook until done!
