Eid-ul-Adha Fried Liver

INGREDIENTS

1 Liver cut into 2 finger wide strips

2 tsp Ginger Garlic

2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Dhana Jeera

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

Oil/Ghee for cooking

METHOD

  • Wash liver & add all ingredients.
  •  Marinate & cook in oil or ghee for 2-3 minutes or however you prefer.
